From Caramel River District, go around the right side of the hilltop plot and there is a path to Caramel Falls, where you can catch Char.

It is not in Ganache Mine District.

ive almost completed ben im ive even started on the next elf and egde
well i havent talk to them but there nothing stopping collecting now
as i can really do anythink till spring as passed
for now ill just keep updating my house ect.

There are also alternates to get thse materials. For example, many of the ingredients needed may be grown/cooked, but easier to get at a flea market. Also, Good Herb Fish only needs one fiah and herb, but the total value of the ingredients must add up to 300 or more, in which case you may need more fish.

I'm trying to gather alot of Information about Harvest Moon Tree of Tranquility and Animal Parade.
I plan to make my own Guidebook for both games.
Right now just gathering the data.
I'm gonna put it to use later when I restart my games.
