No love for ANY of the Natsume fishing games? What's the world coming to?! Anyway, this series is just begging to be released on the Wii. I loved A Wonderful Journey and it's been too long since the last console release. Never got around to trying the DS version.

Well, in Japan the GBA game came out in 2002, the Ps2 one in 2004, and the DS one in 2008. I'd say we have another year or so to go before another version comes out.
There was a release of the PC Engine version on the Wii virtual console, but we'll probably never see it in North America. |

River King's great... DS one was lacking, though... Still, fishing is addicting..

What about Mark Davis Pro Bass Challenge everybody? its that other fishing game Natsume released in 2003 remember? I actually pickled it up from a local game store really cheap it certainly isn't the best fishing game Natsume has released but you could burn a few hours with it.

I liked playing River King (DS) but once you're done collecting everything and finished the game, it's pretty much over. Replay is practically nil. If they ever release a more robust version, I'll be all over it!

I'd like to say so... It's still fun, but more a bargain bin buy-up more than anything... I'll support anything drawn by Matsuyama Igusa, though.. - biased -
